Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Skorekeeper application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Provision of Service (Best-Effort)

The Service is currently provided as a Public Preview. It is operated on a "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

2. Access and Acceptable Use

Access to the Service is a privilege, not a right.

  • You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: recording and managing baseball/softball game data.
  • You must not misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to compromise the security of the system, overwhelming the infrastructure (DDoS), or using the Service for any illegal activities.
  • We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Service at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

3. Data Responsibilities & Backups

You are responsible for your data. While we employ industry-standard security measures (including encryption at rest) and synchronization mechanisms, data loss can occur due to software bugs, server failures, or network issues.

The Service provides a built-in "Backup/Restore" feature. You agree to regularly backup your game data to your local device. We are not liable for any loss of data, history, or statistics.

4. User Accounts

To access collaboration features, you may be required to provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login methods and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTBT Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • (c) any errors or omissions in any content, calculations, or statistics provided by the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to access or use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
